CostUI is a small, independent, ad-supported site — there is no support desk standing by, but a real person reads what comes in to support@costui.com.

A few things this address is genuinely useful for: a calculator that gave you a result you think is wrong (say which tool — the contrast checker, px to rem converter, type scale generator, color shades generator, spacing scale generator, or aspect ratio calculator— and what you entered); a design tool you wish existed on the site; an out-of-date fact or broken link in the blog, learn section, or the museum; or a bug in how a page looks or behaves on your device.

There is no fixed response time to promise, and no ticket number or live chat — email is read and handled as it comes in. If your question is really about a specific accessibility audit or a compliance requirement, dedicated WCAG tooling and a qualified accessibility specialist will give a more authoritative answer than this site can; CostUI’s tools produce general estimates, not compliance rulings, and the site isn’t affiliated with the W3C or any design-tool vendor.

Before writing in about a tool result, it can help to double-check the values you entered — a mistyped hex color, root font size, ratio, or dimension is the most common source of a surprising answer. If it still looks wrong after that, that is exactly the kind of message worth sending.
